About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing projects in the Kingdom. The role focuses on leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives and ensuring digital delivery excellence.

Role Summary

The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing, enforcing, and overseeing BIM processes and digital delivery strategies across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating BIM workflows, and supporting the integration of advanced technologies to enhance project delivery and asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce client BIM documentation, including EIR and AIR, aligned with ISO19650 standards.
  • Support supply chain assessment, mobilization, and BIM kick-off meetings.
  • Enforce the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation and advising clients and the supply chain on emerging technologies, asset performance, and operations requirements.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in multi-disciplinary model federation, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows, including the integration of vendor, ride, tenant, and theming models beyond core A/S/MEP.
  • Lead BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned sessions, and inter-disciplinary design checks.
  • Monitor and track implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
  • Utilize BIM for 4D and 5D support, as well as for visual and quantitative assessment of design and Value Engineering (VE) options.
  • Set up and enforce BIM Quality Assurance (QA) processes, including model checks, clash reports, and QA logs, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Develop, review, enforce, and update a comprehensive BIM Execution Plan at the program level, ensuring understanding of standards, naming conventions, Level of Development (LOD), and exchange requirements.
  • Define and manage a Common Data Environment (CDE)-based BIM data exchange regime across all consultants and contractors, including version control and attribute requirements.
  • Deliver as-built BIM and Facilities Management (FM) data, including the structure of asset data and integration with client FM systems.
  • Provide flexible cover for the BIM Coordinator team as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 8–10+ years of post-graduate experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience serving as a BIM Manager or Coordinator on major multi-discipline projects.
  • A proven track record of leading BIM efforts on complex mixed-use or entertainment/leisure/themed projects. Examples include shopping malls, destination entertainment complexes, theme parks, marinas, or large hospitality assets.
