The Role: Business Development Manager

Baytonia is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The primary objective of this role is to cultivate significant partnerships, identify and unlock new business opportunities, and create tangible value for both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key strategic partners.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and successfully close agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, preparing detailed opportunity and revenue reports.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Projects teams to ensure seamless and efficient execution of initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Preferred experience within the furniture, retail, real estate, or interior design industries.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue new business ventures.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role requires presence and engagement across the Makkah region, specifically covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
