The Opportunity

Almarai is undergoing an expansion program and has made acquisitions in new vertical markets. This growth has created an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans. The company is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) to contribute to its operations in Jeddah.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) is responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvements within operations. This includes addressing issues triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, refer delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits, ensuring a continual proactive approach to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Manage and follow up on all continuous improvement initiatives.
• Address issues arising from customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage non-compliances, including those related to delivery and internal standards.
• Oversee the handling of rejects and dumps, implementing measures to reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene audit findings and implement proactive measures.
• Maintain a proactive approach to all operational aspects to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in addressing and resolving operational non-compliances.
