Bupa Arabia is offering an Intern Financial Planning & Performance position in Jeddah. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing an entry-level opportunity to gain practical exposure within a professional financial environment.

Role Overview

The Intern Financial Planning & Performance will provide support to the Planning & Reporting team. This role offers hands-on experience in core financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. The intern will assist in executing day-to-day processes and will develop a strong foundation in financial analysis and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Monthly Reporting

• Assist in collecting and organizing actual financial data from Financial Reporting and Commercial teams.
• Support data validation and alignment checks against the income statement.
• Help input and maintain data in forecasting model templates monthly.
• Assist in consolidating data into the central forecast model and preparing draft outputs for review.

Key Responsibilities: Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

• Support the preparation and distribution of AOP submission templates to departments.
• Assist in consolidating departmental inputs into the central AOP model.
• Help reconcile AOP submissions against historical actuals and latest forecasts.
• Track outstanding submissions and follow up with departments on missing or incomplete data.
• Assist in preparing review materials and presentation decks for senior leadership sessions.
