Luxury Tech Consultant Distribution

About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant Distribution to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and supporting the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountability for store-level sell-out targets.
• Building relationships with category managers at the store level.
• Monitoring daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
• Supervising, motivating, and managing a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sell-out targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
• Improving individual Expert performance and skills.
• Ensuring in-store stock is at an appropriate level in assigned stores.
• Fostering a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
• Addressing and resolving any performance issues.
• Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in Retail, specifically within Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, or Technology sectors, is required.

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The position involves working within a retail environment, focusing on sales performance and team management.
