About the Role

Match is seeking a dedicated Mixing Technician to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our production operations, focusing on the precise preparation and blending of raw materials according to established formulations and stringent quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure ingredients are accurately measured, mixed, and blended to produce high-quality products efficiently and in a timely manner, while upholding safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and accurately measure raw materials based on product specifications and formulas.
• Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients effectively and precisely.
• Monitor and control the mixing process to maintain consistency and ensure the quality of the final product.
• Conduct quality checks on mixtures to verify adherence to required specifications, making necessary adjustments.
• Record and document all material usage, batch numbers, and other essential information for traceability and quality control purposes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mixing equipment or ingredients, escalating any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Support inventory management by monitoring raw material stock levels and communicating reordering needs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies.
• Perform any additional duties as requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a mixing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow precise formulations and quality standards.
• Proven commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
