About the Role

Salla is seeking an Online Store Expert to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The Online Store Expert will provide essential support to clients in establishing, managing, and enhancing their e-commerce operations on the Salla platform.

Role Overview

The Online Store Expert will be instrumental in guiding businesses to achieve success on the Salla platform. This involves assisting clients with best practices, resolving technical issues, and implementing strategies to boost sales. The role requires a proactive approach to client support and a commitment to fostering client growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the setup process for their Salla online stores, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients on effectively utilizing the Salla platform's features.
• Assist clients in optimizing their product listings and store layout to improve visibility and drive sales.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online store functionality in a timely manner.
• Monitor client performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Stay informed about current e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to share with clients.
• Conduct webinars and workshops to educate clients on various aspects of the Salla platform.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a customer support role within the e-commerce sector.
• A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online store management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interaction.
• The ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, including SEO and content optimization.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple clients concurrently.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The role involves direct client interaction and requires a collaborative approach within the Salla team.
