About the Role

Salla is seeking a Product Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role focuses on developing products that enhance the merchant experience within Salla's SaaS e-commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of curiosity, clarity, and execution skills to drive product strategy and delivery.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Salla, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital commerce across the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that empower merchants to grow. This role involves owning the product lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial discovery and design through to delivery, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
• Define and manage an outcome-driven product roadmap that supports business goals and addresses customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to launch high-quality, scalable features.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Translate data and insights into actionable product enhancements that drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product impact and guide prioritization.
• Simplify complex issues, clearly communicate trade-offs, and ensure alignment across all involved teams.
• Utilize Figma and Jira effectively, applying agile methodologies throughout the development process.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, and iteration.
• Experience in defining and managing an outcome-driven roadmap.
• Proven ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Skill in using data and insights to inform product decisions and drive metric improvements.
• Capacity to simplify complexity and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Experience in driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction through experimentation.
• Proficiency in using Figma and Jira.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a startup environment or with 0-to-1 product building is considered a plus.
