Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shifts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food and beverage service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve guest issues, and maintain a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes, train team members, and coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant.
• Track performance metrics, manage inventory, assist with budgeting, and collaborate on promotions and service improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience
