The Accountant Role

Wister is seeking a full-time Accountant to manage daily financial operations. This on-site role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves overseeing various accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. The Accountant will play a key role in providing financial insights to support operational and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Record financial transactions accurately and maintain general ledgers.
Reconcile accounts to ensure data integrity.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and manage payables and receivables.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
Collaborate with restaurant operations and management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as an Accountant.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
