About the Role

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a Cards Analytics Specialist to join their team. This contract position is based in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on comprehensive analytics for card portfolios within the banking, payments, or fintech sectors.

Role Overview

The Cards Analytics Specialist will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and dashboards, analyzing various aspects of card portfolio performance, and providing actionable insights. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly card portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze acquisition, activation, spend, usage, retention, attrition, delinquency, and profitability metrics.
• Conduct customer segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis.
• Measure campaign performance using control groups, uplift, response rates, and ROI analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Improve data quality and automate recurring reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cards analytics, portfolio analytics, or business intelligence within banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience with Python, R, or SAS is an advantage.

Experience Level

This role requires 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a Contract position located in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah.
