Rateeb Services is a professional housekeeping services company specializing in supporting short-term rental hosts and property owners. We are seeking a Driver & Housekeeping Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

This full-time role combines driving and housekeeping responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive a small manual-transmission minivan and work as part of a two-member housekeeping team, traveling between short-term rental properties across Jeddah City. This position requires performing both driving duties and property cleaning and preparation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive a small manual-transmission minivan between properties across Jeddah.
• Transport the housekeeping team, cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule and navigate efficiently between locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle, reporting any issues or safety concerns.
• Clean short-term rental properties according to Rateeb's standards and checklists.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other spaces.
• Make beds, change bed linens and towels, and restock toiletries and guest supplies.
• Remove and dispose of waste properly.
• Inspect properties after cleaning, check inventory, and report missing or damaged items.
• Take required photos after cleaning and report maintenance issues or property damages.
• Work efficiently as part of a two-member housekeeping team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time position with a working schedule of 10 hours per day, 6 days per week. Working hours are based on daily cleaning bookings and operational requirements. Regular travel throughout Jeddah City is required, with typical cleaning durations of 20–45 minutes per property. Overtime may be available for Friday work and hours beyond the official 10-hour working day, up to a maximum of 2 additional hours per day, subject to company requirements and applicable regulations. The basic salary for this role is SAR 1,800 per month.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced individual who can manage both driving and housekeeping tasks effectively. The role requires adherence to company driving and safety procedures, as well as maintaining Rateeb's cleaning standards. No direct communication with guests is required.
