About the Role

Jeddah Transport Company (شركة مواصلات جدة) is seeking a Facility Management Senior Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the organization’s physical environment by delivering integrated facilities services. The position supports business continuity, employee well-being, and operational excellence, maintaining a high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure while mitigating risks related to health, safety, service disruption, and regulatory non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement facilities management strategies aligned with JTC objectives.
Oversee office support services, maintenance operations, logistics support, inventory management, and workplace services.
Ensure all JTC facilities and assets operate in compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Lead annual facilities budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
Manage outsourced contractors, vendors, and service providers through KPI and SLA monitoring.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all JTC facilities and operational assets.
Ensure facilities compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Support planning and execution of JTC corporate events, VIP visits, operational activations, and special projects.
Coordinate workspace planning, office fit-outs, renovations, and furniture allocation.
Ensure readiness and operational continuity for all transport-related facilities and support infrastructure.
Support sustainability and resource optimization initiatives across all facilities operations.
Collaborate with all JTC departments to ensure service excellence and operational support.
Develop and review facilities-related policies, procedures, and technical scopes of work.
Monitor inventory, warehouse operations, and asset lifecycle management activities.
Ensure all facilities teams maintain high service standards and responsiveness.
Act as the primary escalation point for facilities-related operational matters.
Maintain an open-door support approach across all JTC assets, facilities, operational sites, transport modes, and corporate events.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility management.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring a commitment to maintaining high operational standards across diverse facilities and assets within the transport sector.
