About the Opportunity

Jeddah Airports is seeking a Financial Excellence & Compliance Senior Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is critical for driving financial performance, ensuring adherence to regulations, and fostering a culture of financial excellence across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing transparency, efficiency, and robust financial practices within the company.

Strategic Financial Leadership

The Senior Manager will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial future. This involves leading the development of the organization's long-term strategic financial plan and continuously reviewing existing finance policies to ensure they align with evolving business needs. The role requires a proactive approach to financial management and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational unit plans to support seamless operations and achieve strategic goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, including managing ledger accounts and deploying the SAP finance module.
• Maintain the company's central repository for finance policies and process documentation.
• Establish policies for interdepartmental relationship governance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Implement financial best practices and strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Compliance and Governance

A core aspect of this role is ensuring stringent compliance with all financial policies across Jeddah Airports' finance units. The Senior Manager will be responsible for establishing and enforcing governance frameworks that promote financial integrity and operational consistency throughout the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in optimizing financial performance and ensuring regulatory adherence within a complex organizational structure.
