Innovative Specialty Coffee is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fresh Marketing Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. We are looking for a proactive individual eager to contribute to our brand's growth within the specialty coffee industry.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Fresh Marketing Executive is to support the implementation of the company's marketing activities. This role involves contributing to brand enhancement and sales growth through the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and data analysis. The successful candidate will play a key part in achieving our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Coordinate with designers and suppliers to produce and implement marketing materials.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Support the organization of company events and exhibitions.
• Maintain and update customer databases and marketing collateral.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
• Demonstrated creative thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within a dynamic work environment. The role is based in the Makkah region, with activities spanning across Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to support our marketing initiatives and brand presence.
