About the Role

Osool Integrated Real Estate Co. is seeking a Hard Services Sr. Engineer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role involves providing technical and regulatory expertise for the design, specification, contract development, and implementation of all Hard Services within the Facilities Management (FM) Property-based Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess and apply knowledge of Hard Services objectives and the approach defined in the FM Strategy, ensuring service design and delivery align accordingly.
• Develop detailed Hard Services specifications that meet the requirements and methods of the FM Strategy, preventing discrepancies.
• Prepare Hard Services designs and specifications to optimize budget management and enhance the value of services delivered.
• Contribute to identifying sustainable and cost-saving initiatives within Hard Services through value-enhancing efforts, supporting process redesign for continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Utilize the FM Department's Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) for planning and managing relevant Hard Services delivery, updating data to support future planning and decision-making.

Operational Management

• Work closely with the FM Contractor to schedule and deliver the Hard Services Program on site.
• Implement the enabling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Hard Services site delivery, identifying required Osool resources and capabilities to manage the program.
• Manage Hard Services delivery operations by the FM Contractor on site, ensuring optimal outcomes in accordance with the contract by implementing relevant SOPs.
• Manage the site execution of the Planned Hard FM Program delivery by the FM Contractor, adhering to relevant SOPs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the site delivery of Reactive and Emergency works in accordance with relevant SOPs, ensuring satisfactory outcomes and minimizing impact on service availability.

Strategic Contribution and Risk Management

• Provide input and feedback on FM Contractor performance regarding Hard Services contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service KPIs, supporting the validation of monthly payment reports.
• Analyze data and evaluate future funding requirements to meet forecast demand for Hard Services.
• Identify Hard Services operational risks, record them on the FM Risk Register, and conduct assessments for analysis and mitigation in accordance with the FM Operations Risk Management SOP.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Hard Services engineering or a related field.
