About the Role

Diamond Glare is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on providing technical support to users and maintaining IT infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on Odoo and e-commerce operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily technical support, manage support tickets, and document issues and resolutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, operating systems, and business applications.
Support Odoo users and troubleshoot common operational issues.
Maintain website content, product listings, images, categories, and navigation, coordinating with relevant departments.
Test website and online store functions, including search, cart, checkout, and order creation; investigate issues and escalate technical faults.
Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, user accounts, and access permissions.
Maintain IT asset and equipment assignment records, train employees, and follow information security policies.

Qualifications and Experience

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
Hands-on proficiency in Odoo 19, including Website and eCommerce, is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Windows, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and email administration.
Ability to identify and document website issues and coordinate with developers and service providers.
Effective use of AI tools for troubleshooting and productivity while protecting company data.
Good English, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant professional certifications and experience in the equipment or hospitality sector are preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working within a team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide essential technical support to users.
