Medical Record Analyst

About the Role

Magrabi Health is seeking a Medical Record Analyst to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a detail-oriented professional with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the management, review, and quality assurance of patient medical records. The successful candidate will ensure that all medical records are accurate, complete, confidential, and compliant with established healthcare documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review discharged patient records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform quantitative analysis of patient files.
• Identify incomplete records and initiate follow-up actions for deficiencies.
• Maintain tracking reports for physician and nursing deficiencies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on documentation quality.
• Support healthcare staff in completing all required documentation.
• Ensure continuous compliance with medical record management standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical records or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.
• Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with JCI standards is considered an advantage.
