Parts & Service Sales Representative

About the Role

Tamgo is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on maximizing parts sales through direct customer engagement, aiming to increase Tamgo's market share. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales requirements for Parts and Service for allocated customers.
• Manage customer relationships independently and successfully.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer requirements, projects, and overall business standing.
• Conduct regular visits to customer projects and offices to generate incremental business.
• Continuously generate new prospects to enhance the Company’s market share.
• Promote Tamgo’s value-added services, such as CSA and Product Link.
• Apply deep product knowledge in Parts and Service to effectively convey and utilize this expertise.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Tamgo's capabilities in Parts, Service, and Financial Services, along with a good working knowledge of all represented product lines.
• Prepare and present selected training material and participate in various shows and seminars.
• Perform ET, CTS, and TA1 inspections to generate incremental business for Parts and Service.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
• Enhance business relationships within customer organizations at all levels.
• Execute other assigned tasks as required by the Company.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within parts and service.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions independently.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and business operations.
• Proficiency in product knowledge related to parts and service.
• Capability to promote value-added services effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Internal and External Interactions

The role involves regular internal interactions with the PSS Manager and PS Consultant to provide updates on customer visits, receive feedback, and obtain direction. Externally, the representative will engage directly with customers for negotiating and securing Parts and Service sales deals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on field contact with customers to drive sales and market share for Tamgo.
