The Opportunity: Senior Associate - SME Broker Management

We are seeking a Senior Associate - SME Broker Management to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to selling and promoting our insurance products and services through broker agents. The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, managing sales processes, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. You will work closely with brokers to expand market reach, increase sales volumes, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and other intermediaries, serving as their primary point of contact for support and issue resolution.
• Educate brokers on the company’s products, features, and benefits to enable them to effectively sell to clients.
• Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new broker partnerships and expanding existing relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist brokers in closing sales by providing them with necessary resources, tools, and support.
• Provide ongoing training to brokers on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques, ensuring they are equipped with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Offer guidance on sales strategies and best practices to optimize broker performance.
• Collaborate with brokers to identify potential customers and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
• Generate and qualify leads for brokers to pursue and close, and monitor their performance against sales goals.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with brokers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, supporting the resolution of any issues or complaints.
• Follow up with brokers after sales to ensure smooth onboarding and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training and support.
• Capability to manage sales processes and achieve targets.
