About the Role

Accenture Security is seeking a Senior Network Security Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on the operational support and management of network security services to ensure the secure and reliable functioning of the company's network infrastructure and threat management solutions.

Role Overview

Accenture Security offers comprehensive security services designed to mitigate risks and leverage advanced technologies. The Senior Network Security Specialist will be responsible for the daily operations and support of various network security tools. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and improving the network security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support network security tools including Firewalls, WAF, API Security, DDoS, IPS, Mail gateways, Proxies, and NAC solutions.
• Manage firewall policy creation and changes, utilizing AlgoSec for reviews and validations.
• Perform operations for Web Application Firewall and API security, specifically managing F5 WAF.
• Administer and troubleshoot network security devices and platforms, ensuring secure configurations, availability, and performance across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement and manage patching, upgrades, and signature updates for network security solutions according to approved processes.
• Continuously evaluate operational effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance network security.
• Support troubleshooting of network and security issues, including traffic analysis and packet capture.
• Maintain and update comprehensive operational documentation.
• Support audit and reporting activities related to network security operations.
• Escalate complex issues or potential threats as necessary for efficient resolution.
