About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a dedicated individual for a Tamheer PR Projects role. Role Purpose and Contribution

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, schedule management, meeting minute documentation, action item tracking, and general project documentation during the initiation phase.
• Assess, validate, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and governance documents to ensure operational clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate follow-ups across Provider Relations and various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare weekly dashboards, track project milestones, and compile status reports for management review.
• Support the department's risk management activities by maintaining risk registers and monitoring the progress of mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with compliance, governance, and risk stakeholders to facilitate required assessments and reporting processes.
• Monitor action items arising from internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in documenting internal controls, policies, procedures, and evidence of compliance.
• Follow up on risk mitigation actions and ensure the timely closure of all assigned activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 year of relevant professional experience, demonstrating foundational skills in operational support, coordination, or project assistance.
