About the Role

Olayan Energy Ltd is seeking a Technician 1 to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves performing essential maintenance and repairs to equipment, ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer's standards. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant technical field.

Key Responsibilities

Independently carry out repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting on various types of equipment.
Provide assistance and support to other team members as required to ensure task completion.
Diagnose, analyze, and rectify all types of faults using manufacturer-provided information and guidelines.
Maintain required levels of Utilization, Productivity, and Efficiency, aligning with manufacturer's standard times.
Ensure strict adherence to company and manufacturer's policies and procedures in all operations.
Maintain the highest level of professional standards when interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Offer technical advice and guidance to both customers and internal colleagues.
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products and actively participate in relevant training courses.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role, performing maintenance and repairs.
Demonstrated ability to perform repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting independently.
Proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying faults using manufacturer's specifications.
Strong understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with product knowledge.
