We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to join our team in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining efficient and safe warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment, offering an opportunity for Saudi talent to develop within supply chain and logistics.

Role Summary

The Warehouse Operations Analyst supports daily warehouse activities across consumables, finished goods, and raw materials. This position ensures accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with established safety and quality standards. A key aspect of the role involves maintaining SAP data accuracy and coordinating both inbound and outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw and packaging materials to production based on plans.
• Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving materials.
• Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO principles and company policies.
• Promote safe warehouse practices and monitor forklift operations in line with safety standards.
• Maintain 5S standards and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support training and scheduling of warehouse operators.

Team and Operational Context

This role is an integral part of the Supply Chain team, working in close collaboration with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning functions. The team is focused on achieving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and driving continuous improvement to support business growth within Saudi Arabia.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or a related supply chain function, preferably within an FMCG environment.
