About Jazeera Paints and the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time position is integral to upholding our commitment to quality across all products and materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tests to ensure that our finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials consistently meet established quality standards.

Role Overview

The Technician plays a vital role within the quality control department, conducting essential laboratory tests and analyses. This position involves meticulous attention to detail and adherence to strict protocols to verify product integrity and compliance. The primary objective is to safeguard product quality from initial raw material stages through to the final packaged goods, ensuring all specifications are met.

Key Testing and Analysis Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing of SASO products and organize samples in accordance with specified monthly reporting requirements.
• Conduct stability testing for returned finished goods and analyze samples for various company departments.
• Execute internal calibration procedures for designated machines, tools, and equipment utilized within the QC laboratory.

Reporting, Documentation, and Compliance

• Finalize daily test reports for finished products, authorize batch ticket acceptance, and promptly communicate results to the production team.
• Arrange and maintain organized retain samples to ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.
• Document all laboratory activities thoroughly and submit regular, accurate reports.
• Ensure that any changes or modifications made to batch tickets are properly signed off, as required by the specific circumstances.

Operational Standards and Workplace Conduct

• Participate actively in cost reduction initiatives, including the efficient management of electricity, water, improvised materials, leftover samples, and packing materials.
• Adhere strictly to all established rules and safety instructions for working within laboratory environments.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace, including all devices and equipment used in the laboratories.
• Execute all function-related activities using methods that are both safe and environmentally sound.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
