About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Team Leader to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and involves overseeing critical warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage the access of trucks and trailers to the loading bay.
Supervise the loading and unloading processes for trucks.
Control the movement of finished goods to ensure accurate stock transactions and report any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit all required reports at the end of each month.
Conduct weekly spot checks of material inventory and quarterly warehouse inventories.
Ensure that materials are preserved in good condition and vehicles are properly maintained.
Implement and enforce safety and security measures within the warehouse premises.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in warehouse operations and team leadership. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir, focusing on the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The role requires a hands-on approach to supervision and inventory management.
