The Training Officer Role in Rabigh

Almarai is seeking a Training Officer to join its team in Rabigh. This full-time position is integral to the Protein Division, focusing on the coordination and administrative support of training programs. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Training Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and effective delivery of training initiatives within the Protein Division. Core responsibilities include:

• Coordinating various training programs.
• Maintaining an accurate training database.
• Processing necessary training-related documents.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to training functions.
• Ensuring the training database remains error-free.
• Supporting the effective achievement of training objectives.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess a proven track record in a similar capacity. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience is required to effectively manage the coordination and administrative tasks associated with training programs.
