Role Overview: Commercial Head

KBR is seeking a Commercial Head to manage all activities related to securing contracts for maintenance within the Maintenance Department. This full-time position is based in Makkah or Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring compliance with operational area requirements to achieve World Class performance in the Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed by contractors during normal refinery operations.
• Create evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimations for contracts.
• Coordinate and manage all activities related to preparing Instructions to Bidders, organizing kick-off meetings with contractors, and evaluating economical offers after technical offers have been assessed by the contract responsible.
• Ensure the implementation of company HSSEQ policies and programs within all contracts developed and managed under this role.
• Ensure that QA/QC requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are incorporated into all Maintenance Contractor agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant commercial or contracts management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of contract acquisition, from scope development to award and authorization.
• Strong understanding of operational area requirements for achieving high performance in maintenance departments.
