The Opportunity

We are seeking a Stakeholder Engineer to join our team in Ras Tannurah, Eastern. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the effective management of interfaces with the Client's affiliates, external stakeholders, and relevant authorities. Reporting to the Stakeholder Manager, this role involves providing essential coordination, administration, and interface tracking to facilitate permits, approvals, and stakeholder engagements. The Stakeholder Engineer will also work closely with the Interface Management team to ensure all stakeholder requirements are clearly communicated and monitored.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Stakeholder Manager in coordinating stakeholder interfaces across project phases.
  • Liaise with internal disciplines, client representatives (*, Ma’aden), and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the identification, documentation, tracking, and closure of stakeholder actions, interface issues, permits, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with the Interface Management team to integrate stakeholder requirements into interface registers and project deliverables.
  • Review project schedules to identify activities requiring stakeholder engagement and ensure timely approval acquisition aligned with project milestones.
  • Support the continuous improvement of stakeholder management processes and reporting systems.

Administrative and Tracking Duties

  • Maintain comprehensive stakeholder registers, action trackers, correspondence logs, and interface records.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including the preparation of agendas, accurate minute-taking, and follow-up on actions.
  • Monitor the progress of stakeholder deliverables and proactively follow up on any outstanding actions.
  • Ensure all stakeholder documentation is accurately maintained and adheres to established project procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports and status updates detailing stakeholder activities, permit and approval statuses, and outstanding actions.
  • Escalate overdue or unresolved stakeholder issues to the Stakeholder Manager as required.

This is a full-time position based in Ras Tannurah, Eastern.
