BIM Manager

About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a BIM Manager to join our team in Duba. This full-time position involves working under limited supervision with project management oversight to deliver BIM solutions specifically for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system.
• Develop 3D models using project specifications and content specific to water treatment facilities, distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
• Deliver direct project support and production for assigned water and PMC projects, creating comprehensive drawings and models in accordance with industry standards and project requirements (*, water treatment components, pumping stations, pipeline systems, control systems).
• Coordinate with project management consultants and stakeholders to ensure BIM models align with project schedules, budgets, and water infrastructure design standards.
• Manage BIM documentation and model coordination across multidisciplinary teams involved in water infrastructure development and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BIM management, particularly within water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and training on BIM systems.
• Proficiency in creating 3D models and comprehensive drawings for infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with project management consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
