The Role: Senior Completions/Commissioning Process Specialist

Worley is seeking a Senior Completions/Commissioning process Specialist for a full-time position. This role is based in Turaif, within the Northern Frontier region. The specialist will lead and manage critical process activities from pre-commissioning through to handover, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead completions and commissioning process activities across pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover phases.
Develop and review commissioning procedures, systemization plans, and process commissioning strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure process system readiness.
Manage mechanical completion, punch lists, turnover documentation, and system handover activities.
Support commissioning, performance testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization during start-up.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, project procedures, and client requirements.
Provide technical leadership and reporting on completions and commissioning progress.
