About Tamatem Games and the Role

Tamatem Games is the leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region, committed to delivering localized gaming experiences to millions of players across the Arab world. We are seeking a Community & Partnerships Manager to serve as our local representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on strengthening our presence within the Kingdom.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Community & Partnerships Manager will be Tamatem's on-the-ground representative in Saudi Arabia. This role involves building relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and representing the company at industry events. The manager will ensure Tamatem remains closely connected to its players and the local gaming ecosystem, engaging in networking, partnership creation, event organization, and understanding player interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Tamatem at gaming, entertainment, and industry events across Saudi Arabia.
• Build relationships with brands, sponsors, government entities, gaming organizations, and strategic partners.
• Source sponsorship opportunities for Tamatem games and events, and identify new partnership avenues for business growth.
• Support negotiations and coordinate partnership execution with internal teams.
• Maintain close connections with the Saudi gaming community, identifying emerging trends, player behaviors, and cultural moments.
• Share market insights and recommendations with internal teams and help maintain Tamatem's strong presence within the Saudi gaming ecosystem.
• Discover and build relationships with Saudi gaming influencers and content creators, supporting influencer campaigns and community activations.
• Recommend creators suitable for specific games and campaigns to grow awareness through authentic local partnerships.
• Plan and execute community events, tournaments, and local activations, coordinating Tamatem's participation in exhibitions and conferences.
• Manage event logistics to ensure successful on-ground execution and identify opportunities to create memorable player experiences.
• Coordinate merchandise production and distribution, and organize gifts and rewards for VIP players, tournament winners, influencers, and community members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, community management, events, marketing, or a related field.
• A strong passion for gaming, with specific interest in Baloot, is required.
• A strong understanding of the Saudi gaming market is a major advantage.
• Experience working with brands, sponsors, influencers, or gaming communities is a plus.
• Experience organizing events or tournaments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Baloot and enthusiasm for the game would be a significant advantage.
