About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Merchandiser to join their team in Arar, Northern Frontier. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring optimal product presentation, stock management, and adherence to merchandising standards within assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Install Point of Sale (POS) materials effectively.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities to the Key Account Specialist.
• Ensure shelves and warehouses are free of damaged or dirty products, returning defective items weekly with official customer return documentation as needed.
• Verify quantities of returned items in Key Account warehouses/outlets to manage discrepancies.
• Organize Napco products in the warehouse, maintaining their good condition and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with drivers to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Confirm the presence of all company products (all sizes and packaging) on shelves.
• Implement sales planograms and maintain shelves according to shelf rent agreements.
• Ensure accuracy of shelf prices.
• Complete customer cards or customer item lists accurately when Key Accounts reorder items with the section manager, informing the Key Account Specialist accordingly.
• Conduct price checks as required.
• Perform monthly inventory counts of POS materials.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity.
