We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to promote and sell our cutting-edge IT products and services. Our company specializes in innovative technology solutions and consulting services to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IT products and services such as software, systems, cloud solutions, and networking equipment.
- Understand customer technical needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and presentations.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients in both government and private sectors.
- Follow up on contracts, execute deals, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Monitor the market and analyze competitors and technical trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred technical certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in IT sales or software sales.
- Experience in safety and security fields.
- Knowledge of camera systems.
- Experience dealing with ERP systems, SaaS, or networking solutions is a plus.
Skills:
- Good technical knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for customers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and client management tools.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

المسؤوليات:
- استقبال العملاء وضمان رضاهم
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتقديم الدعم للعملاء
- فهم وشرح مواصفات المنتجات من خلال التسويق المباشر
- متابعة وتنفيذ إجراءات نظام المبيعات للعروض والطلبات
