Role Overview

The Barista role involves delivering the Starbucks experience to customers through high-quality service, beverages, and products. This position requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to contribute to a positive store environment. No prior experience is required; candidates should demonstrate a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Consistently prepare and serve quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items according to established recipe and presentation standards.
Assist with store operational procedures, including opening and closing tasks, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security protocols.
Support team members during peak business hours to ensure efficient store operations.
Anticipate and address customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and customer preferences.
Provide customer service with a customer-first approach, fostering genuine connections with patrons.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for both customers and colleagues.

Work Environment and Schedule

Qualifications and Experience
