About Raya Financing Company and the Role

Raya Financing Company, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), specializes in auto financing across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is recognized for being the first financing entity to provide all its services online through an application and website. We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, in a full-time capacity.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities that contribute to Raya Financing's strategic growth objectives. This role involves developing long-term partnerships with vehicle dealerships, corporate customers, brokers, and referral channels. Key activities include preparing commercial proposals, negotiating partnership agreements, and supporting sustainable financing portfolio growth, all while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations, internal policies, and the Company's risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, vehicle dealerships, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximize business growth and customer retention.
• Achieve assigned business development and portfolio growth targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and recommend business initiatives.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of financing opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership terms while maintaining compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer relationship records using CRM systems.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role supports Raya Financing Company's operations and growth initiatives across the Kingdom.
