About the Role

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician for its Poultry Operations. This full-time role involves coordinating all Quality-related aspects under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM (Poultry) to support the Quality team within the plant. The position is based in either Makkah or Rabigh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all Quality aspects within Poultry Operations.
Assist the Quality team in effectively managing all aspects of Quality within the plant.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma degree in Food Sciences or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.
Experience in a Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant.
Experience at a supervisory level.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems, and audits.
Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health.
Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.
