About the Clinic Supervisor Role

Clay Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily operations and contribute to the growth of its healthcare services. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a professional dedicated to operational excellence and patient care within a progressive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize clinic operations to ensure high standards of service delivery and patient experience.
• Enhance operational efficiency through effective management of patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise departments including Customer Service, Marketing, Hospitality, and Facility Operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and management on service development, pricing strategies, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, quality standards, and operational policies.
• Manage and resolve MOH cases, regulatory matters, and patient complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor business performance and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee facility management, medical equipment readiness, and ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare executive reports and support strategic planning, expansion, and organizational development efforts.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field.
• Experience in clinic operations, with a preference for the aesthetic or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in leadership and team supervision.
• Strong understanding of customer service and patient experience management.
• Knowledge of Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and licensing compliance.
• Effective organizational and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves leading operational aspects within a healthcare clinic setting.
