About the Role

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Doorman to join our Front Office team in Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to a memorable stay for every visitor.

Role Overview

As a Doorman, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service from their arrival to departure. This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual capable of ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
Greet guests appropriately upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner.
Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
Control all guest car keys and ensure that cars are delivered within 10 minutes upon guest request.
Forward all guest complaints or problems promptly to the manager on duty for resolution.
Ensure that an effective handover is made between duty shifts to maintain service continuity.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards, and maintain full knowledge of hotel facilities and happenings at all times.
Establish, promote, and maintain good public relations while consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Demonstrated ability to provide professional and customer-focused service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A dynamic and self-motivated approach to work.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
