About the Role

Elite Fancy Food is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role is central to growing our market presence and driving sales across the Kingdom's leading online marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, HungerStation, Ninja, and Keeta. The manager will take direct ownership of these digital channels within our established FMCG distribution network, representing a diverse portfolio of international brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Noon, HungerStation, Ninja, and Keeta, encompassing listings, content, pricing, availability, and search ranking.
Execute promotions, campaigns, and platform deals in alignment with the commercial calendar.
Support marketplace and key account relationships, focusing on terms, visibility, and joint business plans.
Monitor stock levels and proactively flag replenishment needs to ensure continuous availability of top-selling SKUs.
Track key performance indicators such as sales, share of search, Buy Box ownership, conversion rates, and advertising Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Collaborate effectively with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management, with a proven track record on major online marketplaces.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize operations across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, HungerStation, Ninja, or Keeta.
Candidates must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to the city.
Saudi nationals and transferable iqama holders are welcome to apply.
