About the Generator Sales Manager Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Generator Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Region, specifically serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales management within the generator or power equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Conduct thorough market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distribution channels.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage tender processes, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with various cross-functional departments while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in generator or power equipment sales.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and dealer networks.
• A track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Compensation and Location

The offered salary for this position ranges from SAR 8,000 to SAR 13,000 per month. This role is based in the Makkah Region, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
