Role Overview

The Guest Experience & Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for managing the CRM platform and overseeing the loyalty program. This position involves transforming customer feedback into tangible improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The specialist will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM platform and customer database.
• Execute and monitor customer engagement campaigns.
• Oversee the daily operations of the loyalty program.
• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback from multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
