The Role: Patient Experience Officer (Receptionist)

My Clinic KSA is seeking a Patient Experience Officer (Receptionist) to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring a positive patient experience from arrival through to appointment completion. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting and welcoming patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Comforting patients by addressing anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining the reception area.
• Managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Registering new patients accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining appointment schedules by updating patient arrivals and reminding medical staff of potential service delays.
• Managing patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Verifying the validity of insurance cards for each patient visit.
• Reporting all patient complaints promptly and accurately.
• Ensuring respectful and positive interactions with doctors.
• Managing productivity by accurately saving all required data during the registration process and logging daily registration issues for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in handling appointment systems and patient registration processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic outpatient care setting focused on patient well-being and efficient service delivery.
