About the Role

United Group is seeking a dedicated Presales Field Representative to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves daily travel to various animal feed markets, focusing on building strong customer relationships, monitoring market dynamics, and facilitating product sales and delivery. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact between United Feeds and its customers, ensuring market presence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily visits to all planned customers within designated animal feed markets and stores.
Drive significant distances, up to 800 km daily, to cover the assigned market territory effectively.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including store owners and major traders, to foster business relationships.
Monitor and report on competitor pricing, prevailing market trends, and direct customer feedback.
Present and actively promote United Feeds products to potential and existing customers.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure diligent follow-up through to successful delivery.
Maintain comprehensive daily reports detailing visits, orders placed, and gathered market insights.
Manage and follow up on customer credit accounts as required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or field sales role.
Possession of a valid driving license and a proven willingness to undertake extensive daily travel.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with mobile applications and basic reporting tools for efficient data management.
Solid knowledge of regional geography and the dynamics of local markets.

This role operates within a dynamic field environment, requiring a high degree of mobility and direct engagement with customers across various animal feed markets. The Presales Field Representative will be responsible for independent daily planning and execution of visits, contributing directly to market intelligence and sales support for United Feeds products. The position demands a proactive approach to customer interaction and market observation.
