About Cultivay Center and the Role

Cultivay Center, located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team. This full-time position is for an individual passionate about early childhood education, dedicated to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 2 to 6 years.

The Preschool Teacher plays a central role in implementing an inquiry-based learning framework that supports holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences tailored for children aged 2 to 6.
• Support children's learning, creativity, and independence through a variety of methods including hands-on activities, storytelling, movement, and exploration.
• Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children.
• Observe and actively support each child’s individual developmental needs and interests.
• Collaborate effectively with the teaching team to ensure the delivery of meaningful and cohesive learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
• Ability to bring creativity, patience, and a positive demeanor into the classroom setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with colleagues and children.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at our center in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working within a supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education.
