About the Sales Development Program Trainee Role

Nestlé is offering the Sales & Beyond Program, a 4-week internship designed for university graduates and final-year bachelor's students seeking practical experience in sales within the food and beverage industry. The Sales & Beyond Program will take place from August 2 to August 27, 2026. The daily schedule runs from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The program is based at the Nestlé Office in Jeddah. Participants will also engage in field visits to customer locations to gain direct exposure to daily operational activities.

This internship is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. It is specifically designed for recent university graduates and senior year bachelor's students who are eager to develop foundational sales skills in a large, established company.
