About ENPI Group

ENPI Group, established in 1995, is a regional leader in Packaging & Containers Manufacturing. The company has expanded its operations and technologies, becoming a diversified packaging provider in the region. This role is based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, and is a full-time position.

Role Summary

ENPI Group is seeking a B2B Sales Hunter for Flexible Packaging & Printing to drive new business development across Saudi Arabia's packaging market. The individual will manage the full commercial cycle for flexible packaging, flexographic printing (FLEXO), rotogravure printing (ROTTO/Gravure), self-adhesive labels (SAL), and related solutions including printed films, laminates, pouches, and rollstock. This position focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new accounts, while building relationships with procurement managers and buyers in key industries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Identify and acquire new customers in target industries across Saudi Arabia, with an emphasis on high-value accounts in FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, and retail sectors.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression of opportunities.
Develop and present tailored commercial proposals for flexible packaging, FLEXO/Gravure printed materials, self-adhesive labels, laminates, pouches, and rollstock.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with procurement managers, packaging engineers, and key decision-makers at target accounts.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as agreed with senior management.
Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs to inform product and commercial strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the packaging market.
Experience range of 5-10 years in a relevant sales role.
Deep knowledge of the Saudi packaging market.
Strong existing network within the industry.
Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates in a target-oriented environment within a regional manufacturing company.
