Center Director

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Center Director to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead and manage an ambulatory center, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an effective change agent within the center.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery elements, including strategy, business planning, operations, and financial management.
• Contribute to the development and oversee the implementation of the ambulatory center's strategic plan.
• Coordinate and administer overall workflow within the center.
• Oversee and implement Fakeeh Care policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, including accreditation requirements (*, CBAHI, JCI, CHI).
• Manage requests for medications, supplies, and equipment based on the center's scope and needs, adhering to Fakeeh Care policies.
• Handle staff recruitment according to work needs, approved manpower plans, and Fakeeh Care policies.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints, and DAMA data, developing corrective action plans as needed.
• Implement and monitor clinical and administrative performance indicators, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans for suboptimal performance.
• Plan and coordinate continuing education activities and staff training based on needs assessments.
• Plan, manage, and control the budget for clinic services, resources, and facilities.
• Submit required reports to administration.
• Participate in local and group committees.
• Ensure the center maintains compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide a safe and functional environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
• Lead staff engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and loyal workforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to act as an effective change agent.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, including strategic, operational, and financial aspects.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, serving the Fakeeh Care Group's operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic healthcare setting, focusing on ambulatory care services.
