About Dar Al Riyadh

Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to our project operations, focusing on precise land measurement and documentation within a professional environment.

The Land Surveyor Role

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and maintaining comprehensive survey documentation, ensuring the accuracy of all collected data, and conducting surveys to establish legal property boundaries. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of surveying principles to support various projects undertaken by Dar Al Riyadh.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys, certifying and assuming liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Surveying.
• A minimum of 10 years of total experience in surveying, with at least 3 years specifically in Infrastructural Projects.
• Possession of a Survey Equipment Certificate.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Organized and systematic approach to work, with the ability to operate independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects and construction disciplines, including practical application ("HOW TO").
• Demonstrated strong safety background.
• Middle East and Saudi Arabia experience is considered a significant advantage.
• Valid driving license.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within Dar Al Riyadh.
