About the Pre Seller Role

MenaBev is seeking a dedicated Pre Seller to join their team. This full-time position focuses on driving sales volume and revenue within assigned customer accounts. The role involves actively selling existing accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Pre Seller will be responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively managing their assigned route and schedule. Key duties include:

  • Achieving the volume plan by selling all accounts on the assigned route according to schedule.
  • Selling and executing all authorized products, packages, and promotions.
  • Soliciting and selling marketing equipment and additional selling displays.
  • Securing optimal selling positions within accounts.
  • Ensuring full execution of pricing guidelines.
  • Identifying and soliciting new outlet opportunities.
  • Executing directions provided by key account managers for customers with multiple outlets.
  • Merchandising all accounts to MenaBev standards.
  • Managing stock levels to ensure continuous product availability.
  • Collaborating with merchandisers to execute established merchandising standards for the market.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to increase revenue volume for existing customers while consistently providing high-quality customer service. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:

  • High School graduate; a college degree is preferred.
  • Possession of strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must hold a valid driving license.

Work Locations

This role will cover the following cities: Jeddah, Makkah, Medina, Taif, Yanbu, and Tabuk.
